Please read this policy carefully before making any payment to MVTS India. All amounts paid to us are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the stage of work, application outcome, or reason for cancellation. By engaging our services and making payment, you confirm your acceptance of this policy in full.
1.Strict No-Refund Policy
By making any payment to MVTS India, whether towards consultancy services, embassy fees, third-party charges, air tickets, tour packages, MICE services, hotel bookings, or any other service, you acknowledge and accept that the payment is final and non-refundable.
This policy applies regardless of the stage of work, the outcome of any application, or the reason for cancellation. We strongly encourage clients to review all service details, fees, and terms carefully before making any payment.
2.Visa & Immigration Services
All fees paid to MVTS India towards visa and immigration consultancy services are strictly non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:
- Professional consultancy and advisory fees
- Document preparation and review charges
- Embassy, consulate, and high commission fees
- VFS Global, BLS International, TLScontact, and similar visa application centre charges
- Biometric capture fees
- Courier and document handling charges
- Medical examination fees
- Document attestation, apostille, and translation fees
- IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and other language test fees
- Police clearance certificate (PCC) and verification fees
Our fees are charged for the professional service of preparing and submitting your application, not for a guaranteed outcome. We will, however, provide a written analysis of any refusal and advise on the possibility of reapplication, where applicable.
3.Air Tickets
All air ticket bookings made through MVTS India are non-refundable. This applies to domestic and international tickets, single sectors and round-trip tickets, economy and premium fares.
Service fees, convenience charges, and processing fees levied by MVTS India for ticket issuance are non-refundable in all circumstances, including in cases of:
- Voluntary cancellation by the passenger
- Visa refusal preventing travel
- Schedule changes initiated by the airline
- Flight delays, cancellations, or rerouting by the airline
- "No-show" at the airport
- Denied boarding for any reason
- Personal or medical reasons preventing travel
Where the airline's own fare rules permit a refund of any portion of the airfare or statutory taxes, the passenger must pursue the refund directly with the airline. MVTS India does not act as a refund intermediary and bears no responsibility for any airline-side refund.
4.Tour Packages
All tour package bookings are strictly non-refundable from the moment of booking confirmation. Once payment is made โ whether as full payment or as an advance / booking deposit โ the entire amount stands forfeited in the event of cancellation, no matter how far in advance the cancellation is requested.
This non-refundable policy applies to:
- Domestic tour packages within India
- International tour packages
- Honeymoon, leisure, family, group, and customised packages
- Peak-season, festive, and off-season packages alike
- Individual package components (flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, meals)
Cancellations on account of personal reasons, medical emergencies, visa refusal, change of travel plans, or no-show will not be entertained for refund. Travel insurance is strongly recommended at the time of booking to protect against such eventualities.
5.MICE Services
All payments made towards MICE engagements (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) are strictly non-refundable. MICE bookings involve substantial advance commitments to venues, hotels, transport providers, AV suppliers, and event partners โ all of which are paid to third parties at the time of confirmation.
Once a MICE engagement is confirmed and payment received by MVTS India, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Postponement or cancellation of the event by the client
- Reduction in the number of attendees
- Change in event dates, venue, or scope
- Withdrawal of one or more participants
- Visa refusals affecting any participant
Where rebooking is operationally possible and the underlying suppliers agree, MVTS India may assist in rescheduling at the client's sole cost. Any incremental costs (rate differences, change fees, supplier penalties) will be borne by the client.
6.Hotels and Other Bookings
All hotel reservations, ground transport, sightseeing, travel insurance, and ancillary bookings made through MVTS India are non-refundable. Once payment has been received by us and the booking has been confirmed with the relevant supplier, no refund will be issued, regardless of the cancellation period or reason for cancellation.
Service fees and processing charges levied by MVTS India for facilitating these bookings are non-refundable in all circumstances.
7.Visa Refusal & Travel Disruption
The following situations do not entitle the client to any refund of fees, charges, or amounts paid to MVTS India:
- Refusal or rejection of a visa application by any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority
- Delays in visa processing that result in missed travel dates
- Inability to travel due to passport issues (expiry, damage, missing pages)
- Denial of boarding by an airline or denial of entry by destination country authorities
- Quarantine, health restrictions, or vaccination requirements imposed by any authority
- Change in personal circumstances (illness, family issues, work commitments)
- Change in immigration policy, fees, or requirements by the destination country
Clients are strongly advised to verify all entry requirements, ensure passport validity (minimum 6 months beyond return date), and obtain comprehensive travel insurance before making any payment.
8.No-Refund Situations (Without Limitation)
For absolute clarity, refunds are not available in the following situations (this list is illustrative and not exhaustive):
- Voluntary cancellation by the client at any stage
- Visa refusal, rejection, or withdrawal by any authority
- Failure to attend a scheduled embassy appointment, medical test, biometric capture, or interview
- "No-show" at the airport, railway station, hotel, or tour pick-up point
- Provision of false, fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading information by the applicant
- Non-disclosure of past visa refusals, deportations, criminal record, or adverse immigration history
- Violation of the laws of India or of the destination country
- Change of travel plans, dates, destinations, or itinerary by the client
- Personal, family, medical, or work-related reasons
- Force majeure events (pandemics, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, embassy closures, travel bans)
- Delays caused by the applicant in providing documents or attending appointments
- Schedule changes, delays, or cancellations by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers
- Failure to comply with health, vaccination, or quarantine requirements
- Loss of passport, travel documents, or boarding passes
- Termination of engagement by MVTS India for any reason
9.Force Majeure
MVTS India shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control โ including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, embassy or consulate closures, strikes, lockdowns, sudden travel bans, or changes in immigration or aviation policy.
In such events, no refund of any fees or amounts paid to MVTS India will be issued. Where the underlying supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, venue) offers credits, vouchers, or rebookings, we will pass these on to the client, subject to the supplier's terms and any applicable charges.
10.Rescheduling (Where Possible)
While no refunds are issued, MVTS India may, at its sole discretion and subject to feasibility, assist clients with rescheduling visa appointments, travel dates, or services where the underlying authority or supplier permits.
Any rescheduling will be at the client's sole cost and expense, including:
- Rate differences between the original and new booking
- Supplier-imposed change fees or penalties
- Additional service or processing fees levied by MVTS India
- Any difference in statutory or embassy fees
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and the discretion of the relevant authority or supplier. Please contact our team as early as possible if you anticipate a change in your plans.
11.Client Acknowledgement
By making any payment to MVTS India โ whether by cash, cheque, demand draft, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, credit card, debit card, or any other mode โ the client expressly acknowledges and accepts that:
- The payment is final and non-refundable in all circumstances
- No refund claim, partial or full, will be entertained at any stage
- The client has read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy in its entirety
- The client has been advised of the strict non-refundable nature of the engagement before making payment
This policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and is binding on all clients of MVTS India.
