Who we are
MVTS India — Maitri Visa & Travel Services ("MVTS", "we", "us") is a B2B visa processing provider working with registered travel agents. This policy covers data we handle for partner agents and the visa applicants they submit through us.
What we collect
From partner agents: business name, contact details, GST/registration information and login credentials. From applications you submit: applicant details and documents required for visa processing — passport data, photographs, travel itineraries, financial proofs and similar consular requirements.
How we use it
We use agent data to operate your account, process payments and provide support. We use applicant data solely to prepare and submit visa applications to the relevant embassy, consulate or service centre (such as VFS) on your behalf. We do not use applicant data for marketing, and we never contact your clients directly.
Sharing
Applicant information is shared only with the embassy, consulate or authorised service centre handling the visa, and with payment processors as needed to complete a transaction. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We retain application records for the period required by consular and tax regulations, after which they are securely deleted. Agents may request deletion of their account data subject to these legal obligations.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging. Document uploads are stored securely and access is limited to staff processing the relevant application.
Your choices
Agents can update profile data from the dashboard and request a copy or deletion of their data. For any privacy request, contact privacy@mvtsindia.com.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be notified to partner agents via email or dashboard notice.
